Welcome to A-Pay

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of A-Pay, a Virtual Top-Up (VTU) platform that allows users to purchase airtime, buy data bundles, pay bills, and access loan/borrowing services. By using A-Pay, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use A-Pay services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Services

A-Pay provides the following services:

• Purchase of airtime and data across multiple networks.
• Bill payments (electricity, TV subscriptions, etc.).
• Borrowing and credit services subject to eligibility and repayment terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use A-Pay only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Transactions made through your account will be considered authorized by you.

4. Payments & Charges

• All payments must be made using the approved channels on the platform.
• Service fees may apply and will be displayed before confirming any transaction.
• A-Pay is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., banks, telecoms).

5. Borrowing & Repayment

• Borrowing services are subject to eligibility checks.
• You must repay borrowed funds within the stipulated time frame.
• Failure to repay may result in suspension of services and legal action.

6. Refund Policy

All successful transactions are final. Refunds may only be processed for failed transactions that were debited but not delivered, subject to verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

A-Pay will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
